Real-time reporting using DOCUWARE extraction

Greetings,

I start with PowerBI in my intership in a Data service. 
My data source is an extraction from DOCUWARE, but extractions are just a "photograph" at one time of the state of DW. 
I wanted to know if someone know a solution to link directly DW to PowerBI to obtain a real-time reporting of the actual state of DW.
