Read Yaml Data source

Hi,

does Power BI support reading a YAML data source? And in general does it support specialized parsing criteria?

Power BI does not inherently support reading YAML data sources. The documentation describes some of the data sources it can connect to.

 

Data sources in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

 

You can try using Power Query transformations to work with YAML files in Power BI.

 

In this way, YAML data can be analyzed and converted into a format that Power BI can handle.
