Ratio between column values

  Hi All,  I am trying to divide each subject by "2017 - Total Population" and "2018 - Total Population" and get the percentage.  For example in 2017...      2017 05 Asthma / 2017 - Total ...

Due to I could not reproduce your data structure, could you please offer your data structure and post your desired result if possibel?

Each GUID pertains to a specific patinet. I am trying to take the # of rows that say "2017 05 Asthma" and divide it by the # of rows that say "2017- Total Patient Population". 

I am trying do do this for all the different measures in the 'Subjuct' column in 2017/2018.
