Rate calculation in matrix total instead of sum

I have a matrix. The first column is an objective, the second is a forecats and the last is a plan chievement rate.
First row is a total and the others are individual records. All the the data for individual records are in an individual table.
Help me please to find a solution to the total row in the third column shows not the sum of all achievement rate but a calculation of achievement of total i.e. the result of Total forecast / Total Objective
