Ranking with skipping any zeros, but not skipping number after ties

Hello,

I am trying to create a ranking measure that will skip any zeros in the column it is ranking but then not skip ranks when there is ties.

I am trying to reproduce this from Excel into Power BI:

This is what I am currently getting:

This is what I am currently using:

QA Call Rank =
VAR temp =
    SUM ( 'Data Dump'[QA Calls Grade] )
RETURN
    IF (
        temp = 0,
        BLANK (),
        RANKX ( ALL ( 'Data Dump'[Analyst Level 1] ), CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Data Dump'[QA Calls Grade] ) ) )
    )

I apologize for any confusion, I am new to learning Power BI.

The solution is

Call Grade Rank =
IF (
    NOT ( ISBLANK ( 'Data Dump'[QA Call Test] ) ),
    RANKX (
        FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Data Dump'[Analyst Level 1] ), NOT ( ISBLANK ( [QA Call Test] ) ) ),
        [QA Call Test],,DESC,dense
    )
)

I think it might not be working because I have to be able to filter it by a month or all months. So there are people who get a "QA Call Garde" each month and I need to rank based on the numbers that they recieved for that month. There will also be some people not showing in some of the months, if that context is needed.
