Ranking where lower value is on top and higher values are on the bottom

Hi everyone, 

I'm new in this world of power BI. Right now, I',m trying to replicate a dashboard of World Hapinness based on this video( youtube Video link , minute 2:49 it's the exact minute of the hover-tooltip) . I'm trying to create a tooltip visual using the year and the ranking of every region. However, I don't know how to place the lowest values at the top and the highest at the bottom without affecting the X-axis information(Year)
