Rank based on Cumulative SUM Column

Hi, I have this table and I need to calculate the RANK by YEAR & CYCLE depending on the cumulative POINTS by YEAR

(In the example, The CUMULATIVE POINTS for CYCLE 2 are the SUM of POINTS from CYCLE 1 & 2.
