Random rows in SharePoint Online List not pulling into BI Desktop

Good Morning,

Got a totally baffling one - there is a group e-mail address that I've given read permissions to access a SharePoint online list so anybody logged into that account can use the data in PowerBI desktop.

For no reason when users try to pull in the Online List data a random selection of rows from the list won't pull through - it works for individual user accounts (individual e-mail addresses for 1 person) but the group e-mail address won't pull all the data through, and I can't think why it's most confusing.

Are there issues with adding group mailboxes/group accounts to List permissions that would mean somehow data doesn't get pulled through, some sort of bug?

It's only 16 rows out of 218 that won't pull through into BI Desktop and there's no common thread to explain it,
