Random Selection with Filters

Hi guys, can you please take a look and help.

I have a table with 20 columns.

It looks like this:

Country - Club Name - XXX - XXX - ...

There is 10 countries. and 18 or 20 clubs in each country.

I would like to get a random selection of 4 Club Names from each country.

Is it possible to get this in PowerBI?
