RadarChart by ClearPeaks Sorting

You've taken the right steps to format and sort your category field, the ClearPeaks Radar Chart has known limitations when it comes to custom sorting. Specifically, The visual does not reliably honor "Sort by Column" relationships in Power BI. It tends to apply an internal lexicographical (alphabetical) sort, which overrides user-defined order even when numeric prefixes are used. Because this is a custom visual, its behavior is not fully aligned with Power BI's native sorting engine, and there is no built-in option to manually control the radial order of categories.

Consider using other Radar Chart custom visuals from AppSource that offer better sorting support, such as:

“Radar Chart by MAQ Software”
“Radar/Polar Chart by Akvelon”

Since this appears to be a limitation of the visual itself, we recommend reaching out to ClearPeaks directly via a support ticket. Sharing your use case and the sorting issue may help them prioritize this feature in future updates.
