Hi - I am totally new to Power BI and doing my best to struggle through having used other reporting tools in the past. I need to replicate a PowerPivot Radar chart in power bi but i am missing the visualization?

That is a third-party/custom visualization. You need to click the ellipses and go get it from the Microsoft Store (it is free).
