You can try measure and stacked column chart or build a 100%Stacked column chart directly.
Table:
Measure:
%RT = VAR _TOTAL = SUMX(FILTER(ALL('Table') ,'Table'[Name]=MAX('Table'[Name])),'Table'[Sales_CY]) RETURN DIVIDE(SUM('Table'[Sales_CY]),_TOTAL)Result:
