RLS with Button (Blank) to Changing Page

Hi.

Thanks in advance for your attention and help. And sorry for anything, it's my first post.

I'm looking for a way to use RLS with a simple button. I already saw with drop-downs and filters, but what I'm looking, to summarize is that when the button "Admin" be clicked only people with authorization can see what's on the page Admin.

The base of data is the same to the two pages. The page user has the half of information, and the page of the admin the total information.

What I need is that everyone can access to User Page. But just selected people can click on the button Admin and be redirected to the Admin page, for normal users the button has no effect.

I already spent hours searching and trying to find a solution and nothing.

Please don't waste your time with that.  Security by Obscurity does not work. Any halfway knowledgeable user can circumvent your setup.
