RLS to Published reports
Hi rbkforPowerBI ,
The answer is no. Without authentication, anyone can access the link to the Publish to web report. This behavior is the opposite of reporting under RLS, i.e., the role needs to be verified before querying the data. This is why Publish to Web is not available for reports with RLS configured.Best Regards,

No, I can't do that. Please check the below thread can't Publish when roles added , and also how come URL come to know which user has "logged in" to filter the dataset ?
