RANKX on Matrix with Hierarchy

Hello Everyone,

I am needing help creating a Ranking on a matrix visual with drill down. Below is a screenshot of my matrix and the measure i created for ranking. The ranking works at the parent level but when i drill down to child level the ranking is thrown off and does not rank accurately.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
