I'm new to the RANKX function and for some odd reason the Rank Rep column is just turning up '1's as the value.
I used the following formula:
Rank Rep = RANKX(ALL('Merge1'[SalesRep]),CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Merge1'[SalesRep])))
I need to rank each rep according to how many installs they've completed.

@Alta88 , You should use measure completed installs
Rank Rep = RANKX(ALL('Merge1'[SalesRep]),[completed installs] )
