R data analytics in Power BI

Hello friends.
I have a question. How can I run R data analysis, from a Mysql database connected in Power BI.
Currently I try to run an R script to connect from power BI and R but it does not allow it.

About using R script in Power Query, I'd like to suggest you refer to the following document. Do pay attention to the considerations and limitations.

ETL Process happens in Power Query , use Power Query and  R Script within Power Query and get the result
