Quick way to potentially update background color of title's in visuals

Does anyone know if there any way to automate changing the color of the background of title’s specifically of visuals, background colors of text box’s and also the borders of the various visuals?

I have a suite of reports that I develop for clients that have the same database schema & whenever I update the data, I also need to format all of the reports to match their branding which takes upwards of 30 mins per report & there is currently 8 reports (there has to be a quicker way to do this??), but I don’t think I can use themes as they don’t seem to change the background colour of the titles etc.?

For reference, I have attached a screenshot above, I would only need to change the teel green & navy colour as a reference anywhere they exist in each page. Any thoughts? 😎👀
