Hi,
Currently when you don't want to show all options in your slicer, you can easily filter them out of your slicer visual.
But, by doing this it always leaves the hidden options unchecked, so it will filter out this data.
Is it possible to just hide the option from your slicer, but let the option checked?

I don't think there's a quick way to achieve this, I tried a tricky way could probably be a workaround:
Before:
Make sure C is ticked, and add a shape to cover it, change the shape format:
Then group these 2 elements:
Pbix attached.
