[Question] How to replicate Excel SUMIFS Function?

Summary

Table 1 (2400+ rows) in Power Query Editor contains the below data:

  • Type
  • Category (e.g. Accessory, Technology)
  • Sub-Category (e.g. Laptop, Mobile Phone)
  • Purchase - Year
  • Delivered? (e.g. No, Yes).

Output in Power Query Editor

  • Create a new Table (connected to Table 1).

Replicate SUMIFS Function (i.e. from Excel) to:

  • Create two Columns
    • Total Sales (£)
    • Total Quantity of Sales
  • SUMIFS based on Table 1. For example:
    • Where Type = "A"
    • AND Category = "Technology"
    • AND Sub-Category = "Laptop"
    • AND Purchase - Year = "2023"
    • AND Delivered = "Yes"
