Query that calls API

My query calls external API to get the data into the power BI. Since I am fairly new to PBI and in hope to get data more faster this is what I did.  Since I know there is data from 2022 until now

1. Table 1 - API call from with dates from Jan 2022 to Dec 2023
2. Table 2 - API call from Jan 2024 until now

#1 in power query window I disabled "enable load" and enabled "include in report refresh"

#2 in power query window both "enable load" and "include in report refresh" are enabled"

If I just do one query with API call with dates between Jan 2022 until now every refresh I would be pulling about 200,000 rows.  

Can someone please comment how to do this better or the way I have it now is ok.

@stribor45 , The idea seems fine. Also, check this DAX append method if that can help
