Query parameters error when refreshing

Hello Power BI geeks.
I've been getting an error when refreshing a dashboard since 2 months ago.
When I refresh all the data at once, I get this error, but when I manually refresh the data one by one, it refreshes normally.
Are there any BI experts who can help me?

Can you please suggest what do you mean by manual refresh? putting the parameter value directly in Power Query?

If this was working fine earlier and suddenly started giving issue without any significant changes, can you please replace the parameter with a static value and once the data gets loaded then add parameter? may be you can take a small subset. In one of my report where I have many tables and references between queries, it sometime doesnot gets refreshed from my local. What I do is, the specific query which gives error, I go to query editor for that and replace the value, once the query gets loaded successfully, replace it again with pamater value and it usually works. Not sure whether any known issue in Power BI, but that is my experiance.

Hi !

In other words, there are many tables on the right side of 'report view'. If I right-click any table and click refresh, it will refresh normally. However, if I refresh all tables at once, I get the above error.
