Query output to track changes

Hi There,

I have a query linked to our sage system that is linking to a "price change table" The query returns those items which have had their price changed within the last 7 days. This is the date stamped in the table.

I have a user requesting that the report I am creating shows the previous price v's the current price if changed.

What I am trying to accomplish is having 2 to queries doing the same, but 1 query runs as per above, but refers to a static query from the previous refresh. Each time the data is refreshed, the new query becomes the static query for comparing.

I hope this makes sense.

Many Thanks!!!!

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on your description, you want to display the previous price and the current price. Have you saved the data before each refresh? If not, you can take a snapshot or use R script in power Bi desktop. You can refer to this.

Best Regards,

Liang
