Query not loaded in the model view
Hi, I have created a duplicated query and made some changes to it in the Power Query Editor, However When I Apply changes and close, I only see the model in the report view and data view but not in the model view where the relationships are managed. Any reasons for this happening ?
Definitely strange but looks like it has been encountered before.
I'd recommend trying basic troubleshooting steps like refreshing all, saving the file then closing it, making sure Power BI is up-to-date, rebooting Power BI (and maybe even your PC), reopening the file, and refreshing all again. Maybe one of those steps will resolve it?

Is it just not in the current view? Try hitting Fit to screen (bottom right icon in the Model pane).

Its just not in the field list when I go to the Model view Tab. However it is in the field list when I go to either Data view tab or Report View tab.That's odd. Can you screenshot the field list in both tabs so we can see exactly what you mean?
