Query deletion risk

I'm making a PBIX template loaded with all my favorite visualizations from the store. I plan to take a pre-existing PBIX file with all of my visualization icons, delete all individual reports, and rename the file as 'Template PBIX.'

Once 'Template PBIX' is created, is there any risk in deleting all the queries and relationships within the new Template PBIX file in so to make a clean file with no pre-loaded queries?

@andyryanh,

Once 'Template PBIX' is created, is there any risk in deleting all the queries and relationships within the new Template PBIX file in so to make a clean file with no pre-loaded queries?

You can delete the queries if you do not use it any more which do not have any impact to your report.
