Advise how can we convert a Column Value With Binary Data to Text Value.

What type of files are these?  You can try to add a custom column with Text.FromBinary([CLUSTD]) to see if there is human readable content inside.

At the top of that column with the Binaries, there should be a double arrow you can click to Combine & Transform those files.  That will create new queries (and a function) you can use to transform an example file that will be applied to all the files.

Or, if you know what type of files they are, you can add a custom column with the appropriate function (e.g., Excel.Workbook(),  Csv.Document(), etc) to open them.
