I'm getting the following error trying to update my Data:

This answer don't help me at all. I can update the data using the Refresh button on the PowerBI Desktop without any problem, reviewed the Gateway instalation, but nothing worked.

1. Is this a message of scheduled refresh or manual refresh?
2. Did you try to refresh it manually?
3. What's the size of your dataset?
4. Please upgrade the Gateway to the latest version.

1- Both refreshes fail. I can ONLY refresh data using que Refresh button inside the PowerBI Desktop.
2- In the Datasets tab, yes. It fails everytime.
3- About 600Mb.
4- Everything is up to date.

1. Check the status of Gateway and credentials from the Settings of the Service;
2. Check the status of refresh history if the time duration is about 2 hours.
3. I think the main cause could be the size of the dataset and the quality of the bandwidth.
