Query Run Twice

I have muliple queries in my data set , and what i have observred is all these queries run twice before completion and hence some times they fail due to timeout..

i am using power bi to refresh daily jobs report. whenever i refresh my report, i observed that every query is running more than once on system. i am using hive in backend and using native queries. sample of a single query is mentioned below.

Is equal to number of tables you have ?

No. One table. Same query on same table runs twice or sometime three times
