Query Folding - Why is it not happening?

I have SQL server.  I am running reports off of dataflows from a view of a table in SQL server.  I am not getting any query folding from any report created off of the dataflows.  Am I supposed to enable something on SQL server?  Why am I not seeing any query folding?  Is it from opperating off of a view instead of a table?

Ultimately trying to get incremental refresh to work here, but need query folding in place to make it happen captin.

    AnonymousDo you mean why you can't parse data from your source?

    Hi,
    Query folding will work only for the custom SQL Query. You need to import the data using advance custom SQL query not table's.
