Query Editor error

I'm taking the Power BI course through EdX and am running into issues working with a pre-packaged dataset.  The program loads, the dataset loads, but when I try to transform the data, Query Editor gives me the message above.  What gives?

@adcII may be check folder where you've downloaded files doesn't have permissions issue.
