Quartile calculation

I have the attriton data country wise. I need to create a measure that will calculate the quartile (Min,25th,50th,75th&Max) and based on the quartile it will catogarise the tema manger.

attriton%>=Min &<=25th="Top"/,Attriton%>25th&<=50th="50th"/,attriton%>50th&<=75th="75th"/else "Bottom".
