Hello All,
I have two columns of data where I am using Python to analyze, and visualize the output of analysis (i.e. with curve fitting). There are some parameters in the equation where the end-user should input manually. I found the following resource where User can select variable from slicers. Resource
Question: is there a way where the user can just type the input in the Power BI dashboard, and Python script can run in the background and results displayed in the dashboard?
Example: I have data as X, we find Y as Y=a*X; I want a python script to run when the user inputs different values of a parameter; If the user inputs a=5, then Y=5*X is calculated in the Python script and X vs. Y is plotted in the dashboard. If the user inputs a=10, then Y=10*X is run and displayed there.
Hi,
Please help me with this, I am facing the same issue.
I am not able to find a solution for this.
Thanks
Thanks, but this is not what I need.
@ElmirEbilov , I do not think you can use slicer value. You can try the Power query M parameter that might work.
