This error means that Python is not correctly identifying the matplotlib library, which most likely means that you haven't yet installed it. Make sure you have Python installed already and open the command prompt. You can type "pip -m install matplotlib" and hit enter to download this library. Afterwards, your script should work as intended. You may need to install pandas using this same method as well.
