Publish to sharepoint by using Embed Web (Public)

Hello good day,

I would like to ask if you use the publishing mode: Publish on the web (Public)

It is allowed by Microsoft for use within a SharePoint communications site.

This in order that the organization can consume the reports without the need for licensing
