Pros and Cons of using Power BI for Mapping, Export and Import Files

Hi,

I want to try using Power BI for mapping, exporting and importing files, but I am new to this software and hope to obtain some pros and cons information regarding this. Moreover, is it possible for multiple people to upload files at the same time, and does Power BI has the ability to map multiple locations (including remote area)?

yes, multiple people could publish multiple files at one to power bi service.

regarding having access to the same file at once, it could happen yes, microsoft lunched lately git integration with power bi were multiple users can work with the same file.

yes, power BI has various connectors to many softwares so it would be easy to get data from different locations and you could group them in power BI since it has a transformation tool called power query built in power Bi.
