Prompt User for Filter

I have a table that looks like this:

Manager, Employee

A, Aa

A, Ab 

A, Ac 

B, Ba...

I would like to prompt the user to select a manager name to filter the data on when the report is opened (ideally the way you can create prompts in Microstrategy). How can this be done?
