Hi community,
We are currently hosting 300+ reports on SSRS. We would like to migrate these to Power BI Service, but we also need to update the reports to follow specific design guidelines. My understanding is that we would need to obtain them as Power BI files (.pbix) and edit them using the Power BI Desktop app.
I am exploring 2 ideas here:
1. Exploring an automated process for converting these SSRS reports into raw Power BI files that I can edit using Power BI Desktop
2. Exploring other ways of creating a report incorporating these design guidelines into the paginated reports obtained by publishing the SSRS reports to the Power BI Service
I explored the official documentation and understood that I would need to re-develop these reports in the Desktop app
