Procees flow chart

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement where i need to show process flow like below screen shot.

we have 4 stages where stage 1, stage 2 , stage 3 , stage 4.

if stage 1 is approved then down arrow should point there, and when satge 2 is approved same down arrow should point there. how do i achieve this in power bi desktop.  also its fine if add circel shape and its green when its in approved status. we get the data from excel file
