Problems with data format

Hi everyone. I work in the desctop version and I met such a mistake. I have created a table "date"and chose the format (dd.mm.yy) (picture 1). When working with the report, the display is correct (picture 2), but once I publish it there, the format somehow changes (picture 3) and I can't do anything about it. Help me pls.

Hi,

 

The service is actually running into a format problem, dates and numerical values are displayed in english format, it's a problem from the service which affects everyone
