Problem with visual interaction

So i've made these 2 measures I have under "value" in a donut chart so I can see the average percent of some objects.

 

But when I click on the chart my table with all information wont update correctly, everything else interact with this chart but when I click on the chart in wont interact with everything else.

 

Do I really need a legend to make the chart interact with everything else?

when you say it wont interact, what happens?   have you attempted to edit interactions between the visuals?    what visuals are you using can you screenshot an example?
