Hi,

you'll need your date field to be converted to an actual date format first - then you can use:

Measure = CALCULATE(FIRSTDATE('Table'[Date]),'Table'[Profession]="Analyst",ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Patient]))

Measure 2 = var datecheck = CALCULATE(FIRSTDATE('Table'[Date]),'Table'[Profession]="Analyst",ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Patient]))
return
if(isblank(CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[Date]),'Table'[Date]<datecheck,ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Patient]))),0,CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[Date]),'Table'[Date]<datecheck,ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Patient])))

Thanks for youre help, i still have an issue.  I get an error (duplicate date as been given to FIRSTDATE).
Then i tried to make a datetable an connected it to the date column. But i only get the lowest date that exists for every row
