Problem with different values in desktop and web versions of Power Bi report

Hello

There was a problem with different values in the desktop version and the web version of the pwoer bi report

In the desktop version, the values are
Screenshot_2.png
There is always a little more in the web version
Screenshot_3.png

I checked the filters - the same.
The values are not taken from the measure, they are the downloaded data for the month. All other data in the report is the same after publication.

Resetting the cache doesn't help.

Even if you download the pbix file from the web version, it will have incorrect values before the update.

The problem sometimes occurs immediately after the report is published, but sometimes the correct data is published. However, always after updating the web version through the update scheduler, the data is incorrect.

I have exactly the same issue!

Another reason why this tool is a joke! It should have never been invented, Power BI is so unreliable and slow!

hi  @Timofeev

Try to manual refresh this dataset then try it again

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-data

and also try to clear browser cache and try it again.

@Timofeev

what if you create report in Desktop and get data from Dataset? The same result? If not - it will look like an issue in Dataset refresh

@Timofeev

Seems strange!

In the PBI service, insert a new page and create the same graph to see if you are getting the same result as the desktop report.
It will give you some pointers. Also, Check any data refresh issues or/and dynamic filters like dates.

Created a separate page without filters in the web version of the report.
Created the same visualization. The result is the same:

The data is different from the desktop version. Moreover, the desktop version shows the correct data - I check it through a direct request to the server.
