I have exactly the same issue!
Another reason why this tool is a joke! It should have never been invented, Power BI is so unreliable and slow!

Try to manual refresh this dataset then try it again
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-data
and also try to clear browser cache and try it again.

Seems strange!
In the PBI service, insert a new page and create the same graph to see if you are getting the same result as the desktop report.
It will give you some pointers. Also, Check any data refresh issues or/and dynamic filters like dates.

Created a separate page without filters in the web version of the report.
Created the same visualization. The result is the same:
The data is different from the desktop version. Moreover, the desktop version shows the correct data - I check it through a direct request to the server.
