Problem with a visualization

Hi,

Does someone know how I could create a visualization like the one below? Customer names on the x axis, multiplier on the y axis, average multiplier line and customer's size should also be included. 

If this is not possible for some reason, how could I create a clear visualization with the same content? It should be easy to identify below the average customers.
