Problem with a calculation

Hi Everyone!

I have a data table like that:

IDHOURSDATENAME
TLIONINOX-4242016-10-10Jhon
TBROEMBPT-852016-10-10Mike
TRSSHAREPO-278,52016-11-9Louis
TOFREBOOT-5132016-10-10Jhon
TMNTOF-76722016-11-10Mike
TPINEIROEC-1972016-11-10Louis
TMNTOF-80912016-11-10Jhon

I would like to add a new column with the % of work ocupation per month for every person.

Ocupation_% = HOURS/SUM(HOURS of this person on this month)

Something like this:

IDHOURSDATENAMEOCUPATION_%
TLIONINOX-4242016-10-10Jhon57%
TBROEMBPT-852016-10-10Mike100%
TRSSHAREPO-278,52016-11-9Louis55%
TOFREBOOT-5132016-10-10Jhon43%
TMNTOF-76722016-11-10Mike100%
TPINEIROEC-1972016-11-10Louis45%
TMNTOF-80912016-11-10Jhon100%

I can't find the formula to do this to me.
Some help please....

This should work as a Column and a Measure

FORMULA =
    DIVIDE (
        CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[HOURS] ) ),
        CALCULATE (
            SUM ( 'Table'[HOURS] ),
            ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[NAME], Table[DATE].[Month] )
        ),
        0
    )

Thanks for the solution @Sean.

It works fine, although the decimals don't adjust perfectly to 100% of the total, 1-2% above sometimes. But in general looks good.

Thanks!
