Hello , I am struggling with XIRR function I would be thankful if can someone helps me solve it.
This is the table I created below to be able to calculate the IRR. The result I am getting is not correct.

It may be that your databook does not support the use of the XIRR function, you can try to remove the last two optional parameters, the result may report an error. At least one positive or negative number is required, exactly you can refer to:XIRR function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn
