Problem with KPI display

Good Day 🙂 

I have a funny problem with a KPI dispaly. The Value ( 166) is correct but the Goal is showing blank and the % is saying infinity 

Attached is a screen shot of the DAX messure used and a Matrix that contains the data. 

For the life of me I am not sure what's going on.

DAX calc problem. Should be -1 not 1 

This is calulating into the future and I need last month.
