Hi @AndrejZitnay ,

Actually, if you select Combine Edit and it will go the view below then you could select the file you want.

get data from sharepoint folder.png

In addition, for your scenario, you could click Binary and then you will see the sheets in the excel file and then if you click table, it will show with table format.

Hope this is clear for you!

Hi @AndrejZitnay ,

If you want to get the folder in SharePoint Online with the SharePoint folder connector in Power BI Desktop.

Please check if you have enter the correct URL. Please refer to my URL.

In addition, you could choose the Microsoft Account Authentication method.

Then you should connect it successfully.

Besides, if your data source in online source, it don't need to be added to on-premises data gateway.

If you want to add it to data gateway, you should use the credential which you used in Power BI Desktop when you get the data source.

If you still need help, please feel free to ask.

Best Regards,

Cherry

Hello @v-piga-msft ,

Many thanks for your help.

Microsoft Account did help. I am almost there.

I just don't know how to open my exact excel file. I have tried combine, edit & Load but I can't get what I need.

I know how to remove first 2 row but don't know how transfer 3rd to table layout.
