Problem with DAX sample / tutorial

I'm trying to follow the tutorial located here on DAX:

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-desktop-quickstart-learn-dax-basics/

In the article it says you need to download the sample power bi file. I downloaded the file and cannot refresh the data:

DataFormat.Error: 'ContosoSalesV31_64bit.accdb' is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.

I looked at the query the data model was using to figure out what the issue was and it's trying to use a file that I don't have:

C:\Users\owend\Documents\ContosoSalesV31_64bit.accdb

I can change the path to match my location but I don't have this ContosoSalesV31_64bit.accdb file. Where can I get access to this file?

Hi @Dismissile,

The sample file is used for explaining the DAX usage instead of data refresh, all data are imported to the data model, you can create measures follow the tutorial.

Is there any special reason you want to refresh this sample file?

Nowadays (oktober 2019) there's a good reason to wish to update the data(model)!
The calendar/data ranges from 2005 until the 31st of december 2018.
That means that the examples in the training do no longer work.

Take the first assignment for creating a measure:
Previous Quarter Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[SalesAmount]), PREVIOUSQUARTER(Calendar[DateKey]))
There has been no sales since Q1 2018 so the result will be empty now.

No particular reason. I thought maybe I was missing data since there was only 3 year's worth.
