Hello,
I have two tables:
"Budget" - contains information about budget of invests
"IST" - contains information about actual used budget of these invests
These two tables are related to each other, using the field "Invest No.", which exists in both tables. I need this connection to put budget vs. actual in different graphics.
Some of these graphics require a month based comparison, that's why I added a DateTable "Datum" and planned to make these connections:
"Datum" and "Budget" using the field "Buchungsdatum"
"Datum" and "IST" using the field "Buchungsdatum".
The problem now is, that I can't make both of these new relationships active, because there already exists an active one between "Budget" and "IST" (which I need).
I want to be able to use the DateTable to filter both "Budget" and "IST" at the same time, but still not lose the relationship between "Budget" and "IST".
Side note, if relevant: it is not guaranteed that "Invest No." exist in both tables
What options do I have to make this work?

@MrBIn , I would suggest to create one more bridge/common/diemension table

HI..
step1: Buchungsdatum (date column) in budget table should be connected to date table (1 to many)
step2 Buchungsdatum (date column) in IST table should be connected to date table ( 1 to many)
step 3 : delete the relation between budget and IST.
step 4 : make invest no. relation between budget and actual
i think helps ur time intelligence issue..
